Leaders and Host Homes Needed

The greatest barrier to having life groups is finding leaders for new groups. The number of leaders determines the number of groups.

Despite having new groups forming, there is still a need for about 3 more groups. Currently, it appears that there are enough persons in our church who are interested in the following types of groups:

· There are younger couples who are interested in parenting and marriage as a group study topic that need a leader.

· There are enough people to form a fellowship/relational group in the 40-55 age range who need a leader.

· There are also enough people to form the same kind of group in the 55+ range but they too need a group leader.

Please pray for God to speak to those persons He desires to provide care and leadership to a handful of others in our community through Life Groups. Leadership training will begin at the end of this month and on-going support and additional training is provided by a group coach.

We also need people willing to open their homes as hosts/hostesses for the new groups.
